On Friday afternoon, August 15, His Grace, Bishop MAXIM of the Serbian Orthodox Diocese of Western America visited Saint John Cathedral in Eagle River, Alaska. He was accompanied by Father Blasko, Mother Veronica (Vladyka's sister), and Mother Michaila.  After a walking tour of the Church property, conversation continued in the Saint James House with tea and dessert. This was followed by a walk to St. Sergius Chapel. Vladyka MAXIM and his guests (which included two other young couples) also went fishing on the Kenai river with a family from St. John's, Tom and Joann Webster.
